There
is a lot of information about us coming soon (its taking
longer than expected to get things going, starting and
running a Nonprofit Corporation in your spare time isn't
the easiest, besides there are thousands of Swentzell Notes
to organize to get into PDF and get us going).
We
do, however, have our Articles of Incorporation, Initial
Report and Corporate By-Laws available. We have our IRS EIN
(Employee Identification Number), but we still need to file
more forms with the New Mexico Department of Labor, the New
Mexico Department of Taxation and Revenue, and the New
Mexico Attorney General. All the NM stuff looks pretty
straight-forward, the big work is filling out this monster
stack of forms for 501(c)(3) (and paying the corresponding
fee).
